Our upcoming Monroe EMS Initial EMT Course is a hybrid course that combines live Zoom session instruction and Saturday skills practice. You’ll gain the knowledge and hands-on experience needed to become a certified EMT—all while working around your schedule.

Cost is $1395 per student.

What is the Course Content?

Content comprises 40 hours of classroom skills and online material including:

Human anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology
Patient Assessment, treatment, and emergency care
Patient Transportation
EMT Practical Skills necessary to pass the NREMT Skills exam
Content includes all Objectives set by the NREMT and NHTSA and is approved by CTOEMS.
AHA CPR-BLS

What if I miss an Evening Class?

Students will need to notify the instructor if a class is missed. Zoom sessions will be recorded and uploaded for students to review..
